The two main components of KÁOSZ THEORY are the ideas that musicians - no matter how simple or complex they may be - rely upon an underlying order, and that very simple or small actions, sounds, and events (anything can be the source - players, audience, etc.) can cause very complex behaviors, and events in our music. It's more of an influence by the essence of Miles and how he went about creating music, finding new ideas and changing the face of jazz and music in general. He was never afraid to apply new developments to his music. Be it a rhythm, a harmony, a melodic approach, a groove, changing technologies, or even exploring a fusion with another genre; all within his concepts of improvisation.
