This album's music was originally composed for healer/channeler Reika Ito's guided meditation session in Tokyo, Japan.
Each song last 7:30 and track 1 through 4 (also 5 through 8) are crossfaded each other. So you will have two 30 minuets of continuous music and you can keep track of time from how many tracks had been played (as 7:30-15:00-22:30-30:00).
Physical CD (CD-R copy) comes with slim 5mm case.
