A Great Band
If you are bored with the pop music played on radio stations today, then you need to give Kingsfoil a try! Aside from being a little artsy and a little quirky, Kingsfoil is talented, poetic, extremely clever, yet very much down to earth. Plus, I’ve never heard two KF songs that sound even remotely alike.

My favorite song from this CD would be “If You Love Something Push It Away”, followed by “Lions Den”. “Savannah” might be included in this list, except it is way too short! I’m also very partial to “Summer Comes”, a sweet little ditty.

Every Kingsfoil song requires multiple listenings in order to grasp its full depth. Even the rare song you might casually want to pass over (the 1st half of “Keeps Me Breathing” is rather uninteresting) has at least one moment of genius in it (the 2nd half sort of gives me a flashback to Queen…).

I must confess that I listen to their music with the bass turned down and the treble/middle turned up. This allows me to concentrate on the lyrics and the magical voice of one Jordan Davis.
