ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Nashville’s newest indie hidden treasure, Kopecky Family Band, is pleased to present "The Disaster." Listen to “Lucky” which highlights the soaring harmonies and intricate vocal interplay between the two singers, Kelsey and Gabe. Other standout tracks on the album include “Birds,” with its catchy whistled melody that sticks in your head, and “God & Me” in its triumphant anthemic tone. The title track, “Disaster,” is an elegant ballad that helps close the record.

Recorded over this past year during month-long stints in the studio, the album is produced by Partners In Crime duo, Chris Grainger and Russ Long (Sixpence None the Richer/ Wilco)
