Texas Music Fans, this is Lance Wade Thomas! If youre looking for Texas Country - you've found it. I record only what I write and am proud of my Album - Songs From a Small Town. I figured I didnt need a flashy album title, just one that told the truth because every one of these songs is about growing up, falling in love, and gettin' crazy in the small central Texas town of Holland. The album is loaded with fiddle and electric and acoustic guitar; however, its short on steel guitar by design. Definitely not a rock album, but I wanted to bring out the "backroad" feel of the acoustic guitar but at the same time have a solid and explosive rythym section in order to really feel the "gravel on the road." If you want something that is truly genuine and honest, and at the same time of professional quality, you have found the right album.
