Album Notes

My music has been called insightful, meditative, provocative. It runs the gamut from easy listening to disturbing. There are blues, jazz, country, rock and talking blues ballads. That is why it is called Potpourri. It is a mixture of sweet and spicey elements guaranteed to alter your present atmosphere.

Great! - Listended to it twice already! - You get a lot for your money. The music is easy to listen to. It really has something for everyone. I'd describe it as a mixture of jazz and blues, surrounded by the big band sounds of the 1950's on some tunes. The saxaphone and piano blend in well with the guitar and vocals. I bought it after listening to some of the previews, and I'm glad I did.

Ooops.So.. I made a little mistake when first reviewing this great C.D. I errantly put the Author as if it was "The Legendary RT" himself submitting the review. I guess I was confused by Author/Title. I guess YOUR NAME/CD YOU ARE REVIEWING would be more inuitive... Anyway, After listinining to the C.D. a second time I can honestly say WOW!. Impressive! - I was delighted after the first song. If you like a mixture of jazz and blues with great instrumentals, and smooth vocals, this is for you. The mix of great ballads combined with phenomenal piano and guitar solos makes for a riveting experience. Then after all that there's some inklings of that oldtime "big band" . Then, the ladies... the ladies are great. I highly recommend this album to all genres. You will not be dissapointed.
