Introducing the brand new musical offering from Canadian fusion guitarist Lou DeAdder - his 5th CD to date!!!
A fabulous and creative blend of Rock, R&B, Blues, Jazz Flavours and Outside Material - this all-original CD contains four Vocal tunes and four Instrumentals. The opening track is a laid back bluesy rockabilly type number called “Low Down Feelin’ Blues” to start things rolling. Track two is a straight-ahead thumper called “Get It Up.” It only gets better from there.
Production is a key factor - bringing you the best in recording quality with this unique blend of musical styles. This is not a genre specific CD - there are many different flavours here for your listening pleasure.
Instrumentation includes: Brett Piekarz on rock solid Bass - Gary Craig laying it down on Drums - Martin Alex Aucoin ticklin’ the ivories on Piano and Organ - Leo Sullivan burnin’ on Sax - Steve McDade shakin’ the walls on Trumpet and Flugelhorn - Carlos del Junco playin’ some mean Harmonica - Dave Perry belting it out on Background Vocals and World Class Guitar, Songwriting and Vocals from one of the original Space Cowboys --->> Lou DeAdder.
No Cover Tunes - All Original - The Real Deal!!!
"Hi Lou,
THANKYOU so much for kindly sending us a copy of your SUPERB new album "Number 5". In truth, I find it inspiring and the key word I would use as regards the playing and overall atmosphere is passionate. Your guitar playing on this release is evocative of all that I love about hearing the electric guitar.
We will be very pleased to feature various tracks on Alchemical Radio which is broadcast weekly through www.radiosix.com Please see the Schedule page at Radio Six for details of when the show is broadcast.
I wish you every success with the album. If there's any justice, it should sell in bucket loads!
All Best Wishes,
Tim."
"Dear Lou,
It’s here! The parcel with your new “Number 5” album you sent to Radio Sfera in Poland has reached me safe and sound, thank you.
After hearing your previous album I new the new one will be a good one, and it is. Bringing some modern blues wrapped around rock and jazz influences “Number 5” is an enjoyable set full of strong guitar work and tight ensemble playing. Thumbs up Lou!
Thank you again for the music and for keeping me up to date with what you do. Keep in touch and best wishes,
Przemek Draheim (Radio Sfera’s blues show host)"
"Lou DeAdder has created another masterpiece. Check out his 5th, an eclectic mix of styles, which he has also presented on his first four CDs. A great guitarist, and a gifted singer, this is going to be one of the regulars on my show.
Christoffer Larson, Bluenoteradio"
