Lovestorm is a new project combining the talents of Tim Isaac and Nina Khosla. Tim creates lush soundscapes by looping the cello and adding hypnotic beats. He conjures up a surprising variety of sounds through the use of pedals and unconventional playing. Nina then adds her sensual voice, harmonium (an east-Indian pump organ), flute and marimba (a wooden xylophone from Mexico).

Their debut CD 'Great Ocean' reveals a mature vision inspired by the beauty and power of nature and love. The experience is at once sacred and sexy.

They bring with them years of experience. Tim is a member of the popular Maritime duo Isaac and Blewett. He has toured extensively, played numerous festivals and theaters, and has 7 CDs, 2 Maple Blues Awards and 5 ECMA nominations.

Nina has been a member of pop sensation Great Balancing Act since 1995. Her band has released 6 CDs and toured the Maritimes and Canada playing venues of all kinds.

They are now exciting new audiences with their beautifully unique sound.
