Mach 5 is a distinctive duo from Atlanta, consisting of A.ware and Corey Davis (creator of Plush .357), who met as teenagers in high school. Inspired by the 1960’s animated series, Speed Racer, they created a unique sound that allows them express their feelings about pop culture, politics, life's troubles, and women.

They release their first project, Stepchild EP, in 2008 and instantly attraction the attention of bloggers with the release of their first two singles "You and Me" and "H-Bomb". Their buzz continued to grew as they performed "Bob Ya Head Off" at parties across Atlanta. Later they released an animated video for their song "Shooting Star" as A.ware began to work on his first solo project, Please Stand By, which caught the attention of A&R's across the southeast.

Also known for their diverse marketing abilites, they found unique ways to promote their music, like teaming up with Creative Loafing to put on large-scale event like the "Atlanta Indie Fest" a Music and Arts festival they started to put a spotlight on the cities favorite local artist. And for building one of Atlanta's most popular blogs, Greedmontpark.com

Mach Five has shared the stage with artist like Pac Dive, Big Sean, Micky factz, Colin Munroe, Kidz in the Hall, Killer Mike, B.o.B aka bobby Ray, Little Brother, Brittany Bosco, Hollyweerd, Donnis and many more...
