I have K, 1st, and 2nd graders for 50 min. twice a week. "Moving with Mike" music is a great way to warm up and get them moving and keep them moving.  They giggled and had a blast.  Especially liked the Hokey Pokey Freeze (love the Freeze part!) and loved Funiculi Funicula.  This is the first time I have taught elementary PE and I am glad I stumbled across this album in my search for music oriented things to do.

Super Music for Movement!

This is a great cd for storytellers or entertainers who need a little warm-up or cool down music to begin or end their sesssion.  I particularly like the  "Hokey Pokey Freeze'  It's great for a little change of pace.  I will be getting more music from Mike.
