Throughout Molly Nece’s career, she always enjoyed working in higher education and inspiring students, staff and faculty. Her experience in corporate America and higher education, as well as having degrees in elementary education, psychology, training and organizational development, have all served her well over the past 15 years. It has enabled her to build three companies in three years, and in six months, she wrote two self-help books, "Chasing Stars in the Sunshine" and "Do it Rhino Style," and two children’s books, "A Tale of Miss Molly Sunshine" and "Tyler’s Tidal Wave Adventure." Her engaging, interactive Chasing Stars message has inspired people of all ages. In addition, her Molly Sunshine Tour includes a star-studded line-up. In other words, she is making the impossible look possible!

Molly is also dedicated to helping children, teens and young adults. As a result of her Molly Sunshine and Legacy Producers brand, products, and life experiences, she’s been able to help people dream, grow, learn, and continue to stay focused and take action on their goals! People have said that “there is no need for coffee when Molly is around,” while others say, “her message is for anyone at a crossroads in his or her life as well as to those who want further motivation to continue on the path to greatness.”

Molly’s line of children's books, "Molly Sunshine Originals," is a symbol of her dedication to those in Pre-K to 2nd grade. Having a five year old son and an elementary education degree, she knows the value of not only instilling positive messages early in life, but also helping children apply them to their world. She has accomplished this with her books and school appearances. It is her belief that every child is born with the innate ability to “chase stars in the sunshine.” According to Molly, “it’s up to us to help nurture and make positive deposits into their daily life, so that they can continue to dream, learn and grow into amazing stars and sunbeams.”

While watching the movie, "The Blue Butterfly," Molly was inspired to write her first children's book. It was something Molly always wanted to do ever since she presented a children’s book she wrote and illustrated in fourth grade to her local school board. Twenty-six years later, she wrote and published her first children’s book in two magical hours. Two days later an artist, Jamie Holland Cummins, an avid Rhino Living fan, reached out to her not knowing she just wrote a children's book. The rest was history! In Molly’s children's book, "A Tale of Miss Molly Sunshine," she tells a story of a nine year-old girl who feels different and alone. She goes on a variety of adventures, meeting amazing animals from around the world who teach her eight valuable lessons on her way to The Sunnyside.
