First, foremost, bite through her skin, down to the bone and break open the marrow, Morgan Grace is a songwriter.  She’s also a bit music historian, and “Vampire Love” tips its hat to almost every song about the "good girl with bad boy" ever sung.  Twilight’s teen love story is condensed into its bittersweet chocolaty essence. 

Ms. Grace is a songwriter who works diligently at her craft.  What started as an exercise/goofy ditty/fan tribute to the Twilight books and movies turned into a full fledged song that later turned out to be a fan favorite.  That attracted a director who made a gorgeous video.  Vampire boogie or undead dance, there’s an infectious joy that demands volume here, and this is the kind of song that listeners come back to again and again.  Which, in fact, they have.
