'Shine Like Stars' is a super-catchy tune. Somewhere in the Chorus' lyrics, there is the word summer. I think this sums up the feel of it! It definitely has a warm, cruise-in-the-car on a hot summer day kind of feel. Plus, it's VERY catchy! 'Long Time Coming' is a simple, 3 chord song, but effective in capturing the listener. The melody is slightly sad, but keeps you waiting for the next line. 'Cast Away': This is one of my favorites for sure! Excellent recording. 'Man Inside': It sounds like a love song, but it actually has a deeper meaning. THE BOTTOM LINE: If you like simple, catchy pop melodies, coupled with supreme musicianship and production, pick up this CD.
