Album Notes
MiG a.k.a Music In General, is known for breaking and bending the barriers of all genre’s of music. While most of their music is heavily hip hop influenced, they also draw substantial influence from indie rock, and pop music. Every song is drastically different, and yet they maintain a recognizable sound all their own.

This Portland, OR based band has made a name for itself all on its own, and has a die hard Do It Yourself mentality. Their June 2009 Debut EP was written and recorded entirely by themselves, and rivals the sound quality of industry standard releases.

Along with assistance from long time friend and manager Dahn Jackson, MiG has managed to build a significant list of credentials, including performances with Keak Da Sneak, The Jacka, The Untouchable Reps, MIMS, Keegan Smith and more. In December 2009 MiG alligned themselves with Black Wall Streets own C-LE, and Cali Untouchables DJ Warrior, and are currently working on numerous projects including a distribution deal for their upcoming album set to release summer 2010. Keep your eyes on this group, because this is a band with big things on the way!

I think this album is good and is a change from the mess we are now on the radio and in stores. I really hope these young men are blessed and blow the water off the music industry as new and upcoming artist
