Album Notes

On a cold, January morning in 2008 David "Ash" Torrey was wandering through the woods when he came upon a small man fiddling away on a mandolin. When asked his name, the small man cocked his head to the right, grinned the way that only a crazed convict could, and replied, "My name is Salvatore Mameli, but you can call me...Moss." And with that the small man began to play a tune on his instrument. Ash, like any other good folk musician, felt the urge to join in and with his mighty axe cut down the largest tree he could find within a ten foot radius and carved out another axe that very closely resembled a Martin OMC-15E complete with electric pickup and on that day they wrote their first album "Self Titled". With instruments in hand and album available for digital distribution (on most sites) they went forth into the world.
