This music was originally conceived for a children’s modern dance performance delighting the young dancers as well as their audiences by it’s amazing and fun musical likeness to the characters in the story. Shawna The Bird is about friends helping friends as they work together with the elements of nature.

Great Music and Narration for Listening and Movement

I LOVE this CD! It is wonderful listening for both adults and children. I can see children having a great time dancing to Shawna the Bird. I would think that this should be part of the collection of everyone who teaches or works with children. What I like about the music, the arrangement, and the narration is that they do not condescend to children. That is what makes this magical to adults and children alike.
