Album Notes

It's funny to write words to describe an instrumental work of music. Sound can be so subjective. My neighbors can be proof of that. Having studied and played many 'styles' of music in my life this is somehow a melding of some of those styles together into a music that I have yet to find the right genre. If you are reading this and you have an idea... please contact me and let me know! In the mean time, I plan to continue to make more music in whatever style or mix of styles comes to me at that moment wanting to tell its story.

Brilliant Rock/Experimental Instrumentals

Musician Nosirrah Ecnal takes his musical imagination to new heights as he releases a brilliant album, “Les Rêves Perdus,” packed with instrumental Rock/Experimental music. Ecnal has created a diversity of songs on this album that you will find innovating and interesting as his instruments make an enticing blend of textures and memorable melodies. The first track, “Spontaneous Compulsion,” offers industrial like pulses as the guitar riffs carries the energetic melody. The vibrant piano takes on a blazing fast and furious melody on, “Groovadelic Funderthrust.” Take a trip back in time with, “All in a Boogie,” as the funky bass line and steady drum beats will have your feet tapping as the slithering guitar licks take on the melody. If you like the kind of music that Frank Zappa or Pink Floyd played, then you will want to get your hands on the excellent instrumental Rock/Experimental album, “Les Rêves Perdus.”
