ENTER A WORLD WHERE ANYTHING GOES....... What will be your answer? Are you willing to accept the evolution of artistic expression knocking at your door? These are the questions singer/songwriter Odain Watson asked with his debut cd DO YOU NIADO. Odain masterfully blended his influences of rock, hip-hop, rap, pop, spoken word and jazz to fuse together a hybrid sound. Odain is no stranger to artistic expression. The 22 year old has been singing and acting since the age of 9. I want people to experience my reality and go on a journey with me," states Odain, who teamed with Kennies Brown of Kennies Productions for the production of Do You Niado. Odain believes that Niado is the inner self. Its knowing ones path and being able to accept whatever life throws at you. The album not only talks about spirituality and knowledge of self, but also dives into social issues, like in his songs LaLa Land, Family Affair, and Silent but Deadly, which talk about the trials and tribulations of young adults. "I wanted to touch people who had questions and confusion that needed to be answered, and show how to get to the root of what it is they are looking for." In addition the 22-year-old is the CEO of his label, Lemonte Entertainment, which backed the 2006 release of Odain’s first album, "Do You Niado." Odain was a featured performer at the 2007 Billboard Dance Music Summit and was also selected for the series Billboard Underground in 2008, which showcases the next breaking artist and airs on Billboard.com. The accomplishments of his company have allowed him to team up with Universal/ Cash Money Records and continue the journey of NIADO with his new album The Niado Hotel which features the single, HOW FAR WILL YOU GO with Hip-Hop Superstar Lil Wayne. Odain was also recently named a spokesmodel for Virgin Mobile on two dates on the Virgin Mobile...Britney Spears Circus Tour. Besides working on his craft as a Singer/Songwriter Odain is an accomplished actor having performed in many Regional Theater productions and has made some Film and Television appearances and recently filmed a national Blackberry Commercial and an episode of BONES for Fox and the new HBO series HUNG.
