Album Notes

OMWB has a four-fold purpose through their songwriting: to encourage men, to champion their marriages, to create a lasting Kingdom legacy for their grandchildren, their grandchildren ( 5 generations should the Lord tarry) and their communities, and invite all into God's healing presence of reconciliation.

All three men, Martin, Ted and Jeff, have been married to their respective sweethearts for over 35 years, and walking with Christ for over 40. They have, between them,15 grandchildren, (two recently adopted from Ethiopia). They have also experienced life's difficulties, losing loved ones, getting fired, losing a business, you name it, as well as experiencing all that God has to offer. They have a good idea of what is over the next horizon.

They don't preach, they come along side in song and testimony like a trusted friend. As the core of the worship team at the "W", the Wednesday night healing prayer/hearing God gathering at Mars Hill Bible Church in Grandville, Michigan, OMWB has spent the last three years laying their songs before a solid group of believers who are intent and deliberate in their pursuit of God.

Great cd

I've had this cd for a week or so and it's all I've been listening to. I'm a Warren Zevon fan and I can hear the comparison for sure but the styles on the cd are varied and definitely stand up to repeated listening. It's not that often I hear a cd where I like every song like I do on this one. "Cleanse Me" and "Gate Called Beautiful" are my favorites right now, but again, they're all good. I would recommend it for anyone who likes music that feeds the soul.
