Album Notes

The Orgasmabots? pop punk to stoner rock sound makes them a fun band to experience. The Orgasmabots never take themselves too seriously, as can be witnessed by the band name, and have fun on stage, something audiences have complimented them on. Their sense of humor, as well as their attention to detail, can also be witnessed on their Official Website. The Orgasmabots have come into fruition with their first album, "Boogie Down With...The Orgasmabots." The album is a mixture of their garage punk and heavy metal roots. "Boogie Down With?" gives off a dance vibe, making audiences jump, yet remains loyal to the NY Punk Rock scene. The combination of George, Geoff, Jamie, and Chris brings forth a sound that can only be decribed as "garage punk rock with a twist of lime."

Rocked Out!
author: Smitty135
Tired of hearing those CDs where all the songs sound alike? This is not one of those! The songs mostly have different feels to them and yet the band's sound remains intact (probably due to the production). Excellent attempt for a first time indie band! I would love to hear some production advancements next time around like more of a depth of sound.. keep on rockin'!

Pure Rock and Roll
author: Luvlikeblood
Queen of the Universe is pure punk rock and roll, reminding me of 70's CBGB bands like Television and the New York Dolls. The rest of the album is just as energy filled. I can't get the chorus of "Up the Wahzoo" out of my head. The only fall back might be the production quality, which is very good considering that it is an independently released album- the drums could use a bit of umph. Overall a great punk rock album to pop in the cd player as you drive the highway. Oh, and I LOVE the Police cover, "Next to You."
