Album Notes

¡Pendejo! was formed late 2006 by two Dutch cousins with some Latin roots, who thought it was about time to start a raw, riff-oriented rockband with Spanish lyrics. The band combines pounding grooves with the use of distorted trumpet and lyrics about life, your mother, and the love for rum, amoung other things.

During their first tour in Venezuela, a Columbian TV host said that (translated) “apparently it was necessary for the Spanish language to travel to Holland so it could come back to us with rock and cojones.”
