Peace Mafia is an original alternative rock band from Reno, Lake Tahoe, Nevada. The founding members and song writers Joey Vegas and Debra Dermody took the advice of good friend Mike Inez from Alice and Chains "Lock yourselves in the studio and come out when you have created an album of exceptional songs".
Mission accomplished...the new album and title track "Off The Grid" explores the urban epidemic of modern society, and the need to simplify and enjoy life.
