This unsigned act has a new album ‘COMING THROUGH’,; Poppy Seed looks forward to reaching wider audiences with this new spin on Dub poetry.

Described as being a “cut between Eryka Badu, Bob Marley and Sade”, Poppy Seed has a ‘Breeze’ of her own.’ Original music and melodies embrace Afrikan Roots Rock reggae, jazz, soul, R&B and pop influences which ‘enhance the themes of the poetry’. The lyrics are socially and environmentally aware, conscious, and well crafted; the music is melodic, moving, and inspiring. Live performance is the Poppy Seed stronghold which must be seen live to fully appreciate the visual and spiritual experience.
