Also a documentary film-maker, Englishman Richard Morgan started to explore his singing voice and write songs in 2005 after moving into a house in the country.
He released an EP 'Letting Go' with four of his songs in 2007. He also composed the music for his films '1554' (2007) and 'Un goût de terre' (2010).
He has been living in Switzerland for over twenty years with his wife Brigitte.

"Morgan has a warm, engaging voice that suits his material well ... his lyrics are first-rate and sometimes remind you of those mid 20th century jazzy standards." --- Graham Clarke, Blues Bytes, June 2008

A fan on Jango Airplay describes the music as 'retro jazz'.
