Roaming Royalty draw from the classic piano rock of Elton John and Billy Joel, and fuse it with big passionate sounds of bands like U2, Muse and the Killers. The band started as something to do for a couple of roommates with a recording studio in the house. Band members Todd and Charles met playing a dueling piano show together in Seattle in 2008, musical chemistry was evident during the piano show so the guys decided to record a couple of originals to kill some time during the day. A little while later the guys found themsleves with nearly 30 songs recorded, some of them they thought were pretty good, so Roaming Royalty was born.
Live they are joined buy pals Ben Mish on drums and Miguel Pineda on multi instruments.
