A 3-year creative process, this album finds Roy Ashen writing, performing and producing the best music of his career. Eclipse was recorded at legendary Westlake Studios in Hollywood, California, the same studio behind albums for Michael Jackson, Alanis Morrisette, Nine Inch Nails, U2, and more. It also finds Roy collaborating with Grammy winners Andrew Scheps (Chili Peppers, Bjork, Metallica) and Tim Palmer (U2, Bowie, Cure).

The album features an impressive range of new material, including high energy songs like the opening title track "Eclipse" and the serious grooves of "Hold it Together Now" and "Karma is a Boomerang." There are also new intimate acoustic performances like "Never Gonna Learn" and the "Goodbye."
