Album Notes
Emerging out of South Philadelphia, Stop The World (formerly Drive 56) was formed in 2007 by former members of 8Fl. OZ., Junk Star Dream and Motorcage with every intention of bringing "BIG" Rock n' Roll back to the local music scene. Featuring Bert Lepore on lead vocals, Joe Fortino on guitar, Steve Tabilio on drums, and Joe Mal on bass, they are a force to be reckoned with! The sound of Stop The World has been compared to such bands as Guns N' Roses, The Cult, Motley Crue, Velvet Revolver, Godsmack, Alice In Chains, and Stone Temple Pilots.

"Stop The World proves that good hard rock music that looks you in the eye and kicks you in the ass isn't lost in the City of Brotherly Love." - Matt Unversaw, Music Director, WLFR – Pomona, NJ
