Album Notes

Ben Sakor Teah was born in Liberia, West Africa, during times of two civil wars. He was part of a lottery to come to the United States. He came to Charlotte, NC where he had an Uncle living. He has lived in Charlotte for the last 10 years. Sakor is his artist name and means “First Born Strong.” He has been producing music in the Charlotte area for many years and went to music school at CPCC. There he learned classical music, how to use recording equipment and how to sing. He also has a degree in Computer Electronic Engineering at ITT. “Believe It” is Sakor’s debut album.
