The birth of a fresh voice
This album brings about the feelings of something pure and refreshing. Her voice is like satin to a doll, and a bridge to Chelsea. The adopted daughter of Chicago, and product of Indianapolis, she brings a promising sound to the future of jazz variety (which is not just jazz, but a concoction of styles). O Pato, Amazing Grace, and Born To Be Blue are some highlights that shine, but the entire album is a pie ready to be embraced by the edible ears of the true music lover.
