The Sideshow
This circus of musicians magically weave electric and slide guitars with lap steel, harp and a good solid groove. Fronted by a voice that is as smooth as silk and at times as rough as an uncut diamond, this five piece roots rock outfit should be seen, always heard and never missed. Welcome to the Sideshow!

The Music
Their songs are infectious and with this long awaited new lineup their music fuses blues, country and rock.
The Journey so far
SideShow Annie toured Australia in Autumn 2006 to promote Delusions Of Grandeur. They have played gigs such as Tris Elies, The Clarendon, The Esplanade (Melbourne) The Basement (Sydney), The Annandale, The Mountains Music Festival, etc. The band received rave reviews in numerous publications and audiences have been amazed by the bands musicianship and Gillian's vocals and charismatic stage performance. She is a dynamic and powerful frontwoman.
SideShow Annie's songs have been used for TV around the globe, the Cannes film festival, documentaries, anti bullying campaigns and have also been remixed by DJs from New York and London.producer in N.Y to sing on a dance track that will be hitting the clubs shortly. The band are currently doing the finishing touches for the new album at SongCave Studios in the Blue Mountains west of Sydney and plan to release early December 2010. They should also be hitting venues near you in the very near future.
SideShow Annie play as a five piece unit these days, but occasionally go out as a duo or trio. Allowing them to go back to their roots and feel the intimacy and wide open spaces that only an acoustic gig can provide. We welcome you to the SideShow!
