ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
'I, Devourer' is our second full length offering. It's a concept album about betrayal, deceit, and the desire for revenge no matter the cost. Musically, you could say we steered away a bit from the raw black metal sound of our first album and incorporated more diverse musical influences into this one. You'll hear more death metal, a bit of thrash, and hopefully some pretty catchy tunes. One song even has a hint of goth and female vocals in it.

We went all out with the recording, using the best (if still humble) facilities Bahrain had to offer (For those of you who might be curious, Bahrain is a really small island in the Middle East of about one million people and sixteen metalheads). Anyway, the music and vocals were recorded at our very own Distorted Studios. We mixed and mastered the tracks at Mana Studios in Florida (kudo's to Brian Elliot and Eric Rutan for an awesome job!). We had our band logo redesigned and thanks to the talent of Cristophe Szpajdel, you can actually read it now. Finally, we had the CD and sleave art done by Killustrations in Germany (Cheers Bjeorn!).

'I, Devourer' was a fantastic journey for us. We learned a lot about ourselves as people and as musicians. We hope you decide to pick it up and give it a shot, and we hope you enjoy listening to it as much as we enjoyed making it.

Peace.
