SonReal is one of Canada’s most unique, sought after recording artists emerging from the new school wave of Hip-Hop. Consistently inventing new ways of breaking barriers, this Vancouver artist has developed a name for himself through his ability to not only rap and sing, but engineer and produce all his own records independently.
With the release of debut album Good Morning, SonReal not only achieved a radiating buzz in Canada, but claimed international recognition. November 13th/2009, SonReal’s highly anticipated follow up record “The Stroll” is dropping internationally. The Stroll is described as a “feel good record” based on edgy yet positive lyrics, and some of the worlds top Hip Hop producers. The Stroll has guest appearances from XXL featured Joe Scudda (N. Carolina, Justice League) Eternia (Juno winner, labeled Canada’s top female artist), Promise (Duck Down Records), and production from super producer Rich Kidd (Busta Rhymes, Drake, K-Os), and Crown (Satellite Music/Major).
