Everything in the Universe vibrates, and we are all vibrating together, or at least we should be. But we take ourselves out of the mix because we are going so fast we cannot keep up with our true beingness. Can you say "we are losing it?" And it is the battle to staying healthy.
Balance is the key to life with all things in moderation. Keeping the body running at peak performance is essential to having the energy to get things done in our lives that are important.
The music in this CD was and is music with the intention of helping us all stay in that place of peak performance. By balancing the Chakras and the other points in our body we are able to process information on every level much easier. The benefits of a healthy diet, relaxation, physical exercise, and getting enough sleep are crucial to this end.
SVH Vol.#1 the Chaka/Kabbalah is the culmination of four years of study and also observing clients when ths music was played for them in both a clinical setting as well as in concert ,performing the songs live. The Kabbalah was used as a platform model to reach out to other parts of the physical body that are not addressed by the tradinional Chakra System. The Magic of the Kaballah is a life long study, and I only skimmed the surface. But what I found there was a link to the Chaka System and the multi-dimensional essence of the Kabbalah, and I took the musical plunge to create this volume of musical compositions.
