Album Notes

After L.A. indie fave Teaneck went on haitus, singer/songwriter Loren Isaac started Toy Robot initially as a series of solo demos. Before long, drummer Dave Krusen, a founding member of Pearl Jam, got involved and a pretty damn rad band began to take shape. After catching singer Nikki P. belting some metal at a karaoke bar, Loren knew he had to get her on board. Shortly after, Star Wars nut & Disney enthusiast Lacey Sue joined on keyboard and the band produced their first EP, “Songs for Screaming Children”. It's full of sweetness & sadness; free of pretense & pomposity. This album is not for the cool kids, the hipsters or the movie stars. This album was made for Y-O-U.
