Mary Hargreaves ( a.k.a. Mary Ukelady) lives in the peaceful foothills of western Maine where she enjoys songwriting, playing guitar and ukulele. A native of the Boston area, Mary was highly influenced by the Beatles and the Folk Music of the 60's & 70's. Singing since childhood, she was raised on Mozart, classical piano lessons, and guitar as a teen. In 2001, Mary discovered the joy of playing ukulele while performing the Tin Pan Alley classic song "Ukulele Lady" at a music celebration in the tropics. Dubbed the Ukelady, she has been writing songs & performing ever since. Her love of life and free spirit has led her on a musical quest leading up to the release of this debut CD.

Mary on vocals, concert ukulele, rhythm guitar & keyboards. Earl Bigelow on lead guitar, Dave Kent on bass, Hal Ahlers on drums, Scott Davis on trumpet & flugle horn, and Jim Tolles on violin, Briana Bigelow & Isabelle Wilson on harmonies. Recorded and mixed by Earl Bigelow at Brown Dog Studio, Bath, Maine. Mastered by True Sound Studio, 2006.
