Album Notes

The message from the band WAKE UP! is multidimensional. At first glance, WAKE UP! appears to be calling out to humanity (humanity is depicted in Evolutionary Biology as one body) to awaken and see the madness of the world, exactly for what it is, in order for real transformation to take place; to no longer deny that people are part of the problem; to discover their own intrinsic beauty, gifts, brilliance and spontaneity, that the oppressive forces of the world have continually denied them access to (because on a deeper level they as humans have collectively let "them" do so) . Moreover, the human race as a whole, has turned into comatose zombies slaving away, blindly accepting the idea that they have to pay to live, pay to feel joy, and pay to just exist. As humans tend to the well-oiled, illusory machine, they remain programmed all the while, without replacing the seemingly fixed conventions and status quo, with that of innovation and creative spirit.

Yet upon closer examination, it becomes apparent that the message of WAKE UP! is fundamentally a call of urgency to each individual member of the band. Each member strives to wake themselves up before demanding a major wake up call to all of humanity. Waking one's self up first, beams a signal to the rest of the Earth, to other planets, and finally towards our neighboring galaxies. Therefore, WAKE UP! will put forth all possible effort to take responsibility for their own state of mind, and their own state of consciousness (the formless dimension), which has a direct relationship to the actions and events that manifest on the physical plane (the dimension of form). Therefore, the sound that travels through WAKE UP! extends from this way of being, and attempts to activate the universal soul, offering a little bit of somethin' for everyone, in an era where revealing the truth will continue to greatly intensify, where we can all get real for realzzzz!!!
