ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Wade Williams is a Singer/songwriter on a mission to move you when you hear him sing. Move you to dance, laugh, or even cry. Williams wants to affect you with his voice and the passion he harbors inside for music.

Williams mission is to be an artist that is seen as one who unites people with themselves through music. You see Williams has come to the realization that the only reason for us to be on this planet is to be good to each other. That may sound corny and naive but coming from someone like Williams who has been through hell and lives to tell his story, it is an epiphany.

Williams is a survivor of many abuses and addictions. He turned that anger and isolation inward for a long time and hurt himself and the ones who tried to love him. Then it hit him like a ton of bricks, (not so long ago) that the one thing missing among all Williams "talents" and abilities was....people. "You got to love yourself to love others kinda thing. And loving others is the end goal," says Williams.

Now most of Williams songs are about going through adversity and coming out on the other side better and stronger. Songs that everyone can relate to.

Quotes from People and Friends in the Business...

"Wade Williams ..... there's a mystique about him, an appeal that makes you wanna get inside his head. But when he sings, there is NO MISTAKING, because a soulful, emotionally gripping voice, that's powered by something supernatural, will stir you to the core. Listen to him, now!!!" Deanna Johnston (Rockstar INXS)

"Rockstar, hardest working person I have ever known" Jeff Abercrombie, FUEL

"It was a pleasure sharing the stage with you" Ryan Larkin, Can You Duet

"Wow! The power and passion of your voice is astounding" Matthew West

"Powerful" Gilby Clarke, Guns and Roses/Supernova.

"Really enjoyed the vocals" Billy Duffy, THE CULT

"Your talent and persona astounds me. Your voice rocks my soul at its very core. I know you as a friend and as an artist and in both regards, you are truly a superstar. Never lose the faith in everything that is you." MiG Ayessa (Rockstar INXS)

A note from the artist himself:

Hello friends,

My name is Wade Williams. Im a survivor of many addictions and abuses. Thank you for your interest in my music and my message.

I have been making music since the age of 14. On my journey I have played thousands of shows for what seems like millions of people. Dive bars to The Kodak Theater.

Oddly enough I have also been a drug addict and alcoholic since the age of 14. I have had the burning desire to make music but, never had the direction to make the world or myself a better place....untill now.

I am sober today by the grace of God. I am happy today by the Grace of God. I am finally ME today by the grace of God. It would be selfish not to share my new found freedom with my friends.

Im not gonna tell you what to do with your life. Im not gonna tell you what not to do with your life. Im simply going to tell you, in song, what my life was before I let God into my life and how my life, inside and out has changed.

Thank you for taking the time to get to know me.

Truly,

Wade Williams

Multidimensional
Wade Williams' talent has so many dimensions that it's hard to take it all in at once. The first thing that hits me is the voice - reminding you of the Country greats, yet very personal. Then the words resonate...themes of persistence, gratitude, love of family... I found them so very edifying and inspiring. Finally, I begin to perceive the rich production on the tracks....layers of sound reminiscent of tracks from the golden era of Elvis. I'm looking forward to the release of the "Investigator" featuring Wade Williams as an actor and (in the soundtrack) singer.
