Album Notes

William's sound is no doubt a reflection of his early
years spent in Memphis, Tennessee writing songs and
playing with great musicians. On, Out of The Blues, he
has brought together a talented group of artist such as
Kofi Baker, son of Cream Great, Ginger Baker, Dean Cortez formerly
of Boz Skagg’s Band, Evan Marshall from the Riders of
the Purple Sage and many others.
His sound is a dynamic blend of country, rock, blues and
lyrical interpretations of current events, his original music
is a soulfully poetic and at times hard edged.

Influenced by the incredible sounds of Stax records
artists he began to formulate his own original sound.
With the helpful ear and advice from of Estelle Axton,
cofounder of Stax records, he crafted a blend of
blues, country rock peppered with gospel undertones.

Taking Inspiration from artists such as Smokie
Robinson, Van Morrison, B.B. King and Eric Clapton,
William has brought together a group of uniquely
talented artists to record the ground breaking album,
