This CD, as a whole, or individually by track is a fantastic break time treat to rebalance, focus and de-stress. I have seen a significant improvement in my focus and reduction in stress, specifically by listening and participating in "Let it All Go!" while at my desk. "Deep Relaxation" has become my key go-to track for winding down and rebalancing. Alex's guided meditations are simple and effective, fun and approachable. What a great tool!

Huge stress release!

The yogagurl CD is an incredible beginning and end to my day. Every morning I listen to it I feel energized and excited for my day to begin! I have yet to hear the end of the final track, Deep Relaxation. I continuously fall asleep before it finishes! Thank you, yogagurl!
