Album Notes

It took some time…. but here it is at last: my long awaited new album 'Famous For Nothing, Ready For Anything'!

Starting out with a cover-version of my personal Bowie favourite 'Ashes to Ashes' featuring the vocals of Irene Wiersma. Although you may not have heard of her before, I'm sure this is gonna change in the future because she has the most beautiful, hot, rich and breathy voice I know. Irene is also the vocalist on 'Hometown', 'Keep Me Behind' and 'Oo Uu Oo Uu'.

The other featured vocalist on the album is my old time pal Ferry Ridderhof. He is brother in arms in Peplab and Hof N Hans and is on the mic in 'What It Feels Like', where the guitars of today meet the electronica of the eighties.

Also worth mentioning is a cover-version of the Pixies classic 'Where Is My Mind'. I've been inspired by this song for such a long time, and I've always wanted to try my own take on it.
Njoy!

Hans
