Adam Ashley & The Gunslingers formed in late 2007 with the intent of taking over the world. Through amazing music, unique personalities and a thirst for \"Women,Money & Booze\" their dream will become a reality.
Adam Ashley and the Gunslingers began in July of 2007 with three hungry musicians looking for exposure. With Adam Ashley playing guitar and singing, Donovan Baggett on drums and Adam\'s sister Amanda playing keyboard. They started out playing local shows around Colorado playing covers and original songs that Adam had written. After several months, Amanda had left the band due to work and location issues so Adam and Donovan began looking for musicians. Months before Donovan had met Jodey, the bands current lead guitar player at a local music store, the two began playing acoustic shows around the area. Soon after, he was asked to join on as a Gunslinger. The hunt for a bass player was on. Zack, who was also an acquaintance of Donovan was suggested by a mutual friend. After a few practices it was obvious that Zack would be the perfect fit. Adam Ashley & The Gunslingers were again alive and renewed.
The band is currently signed with the independent music label Dungeon Records and their debut album -Women, Money & Booze- was released on July 26, 2008. The band has booked venues from Amarillo to Chicago and throughout Colorado for the summer and are still adding dates to promote the new release through the end of the year. The band is hungry to make a name for themselves, with a little bit of luck and a lot of alcohol, there\'s no limit to what they can accomplish. Look for them at a venue near you....
