With simple arrangements and lovely production, Aaron Espe has created an exquisite mini album of traditional Chistmas songs. Little touches like the glockenspiel, shaker, and finger snaps, both compliment Espe's delicate vocals and add to the overall intimate vibe of the album. The standout track is definitely "Silent Night", which takes on a slightly Brit rock feel while Espe twists the melody just enough to make you keep your ears perked up.

These Christmas songs are perfect for the holiday season. They are warm and put you in the mood to drink hot chocolate, sit in front of the Christmas tree and spend time with family. They are raw and simple but not unrefined. There is something pure and beautiful about them. Aaron Espe's talent and voice lend themselves to appropriate, creative and interesting uses of these classic songs. They'll get heavy rotation in our house this year. We love them!
