Chicago’s own Abe Quigley plays a mean acoustic guitar. Adding rich vocals to his percussive playing style, Abe always leaves an indelible impression on his listeners. For the past five years, Abe has brought his distinctive brand of songsmanship to enchanted fans at bars and coffee houses throughout the Midwest. In doing so, he has built up a fanbase that has truly become his lifeblood. His fans have pushed the record sales of Abe's 2005 release, acousticrockjazzfunk, to over four thousand copies.

For anyone who has seen an Abe Quigley show, his growing success comes as no surprise. His friendly, laid-back, and conversational stage presence is instantly engaging. Those traits combined with his soothing voice and hypnotic guitar loops make for a sound that is at once completely unique, yet also reminiscent of the sonic beauty that made us fall in love with

Unlike acousticrockjazzfunk, a simply recorded acoustic album, Abe’s upcoming album b combines multiple vocal and guitar melodies into one hypnotic track after another. Adding violin, piano, percussion, and bass to the mix, the listener is swallowed up by a wall of sound.
