Album Notes

Abiogenesis is the only band which plays the Bamhum & Howey music. Bamhum is a new wind musical instrument made of bamboo invented by a member of the band- Moa Subong. Bamhum was unveiled by the Governor of Meghalaya, India during the international bamboo festival on 3rd May 05 at Shillong. Howey is a sound developed by Moa & Arenla of Abiogenesis and it is a fusion of Naga (Tribe in India) Folk and modern music.Most of the tracks have the Bamhum as the leading instrument.Ofcourse the band plays other genres too, you can check the song clippings from the album Aeon Spell, the latest album of Abiogenesis.

Hitch Hiker! Just makes me feel like stomping my feet! I think The band HAS been able to maintain its unique sound! The FEMALE VOCALS has been able to retain that Sound in background as well as main COVER, Guitar works are also good! But I rate to continue the MAIN Female VOCALS as the Forerunner! of the BAND to keep its unique sound. Lonely drifter is another favorite of MINE!
