Great Day!
God Bless,

ATN. We are enjoying a re-release this month with "Morning light." Our digital distribution has trippled our fan base. I have personally heard my own songs back on peoples cell phones thanks to the down loading by fans here in the bay area.!!! Special Thanks to Derek for keeping us out there in the public eye. Steven is working on a rap/shred album with his new friends at his living complex. It will prove to be quite unusual. Randell Now has a day job after being out of work for many years running. More new songs can be produced. Keep checking our site for more coming details...... Recently Randell got a chance to meet Joe Satriani at a local music store-concord's spitzers music- where he got a photo with him and Randell's guitar! Many fellow T2Jers- fans of Joe's on his web site- asked for a copy. This is the guitar featured on our web site's home page. More info upcoming. Now as of 7-6-06 Randell has suffered thru Eye surgery to his right eye. It was a success! Now ATN can concentrate on new material, as long as Gas prices premit! Recently a fellow Talk to Joe fan got a free Ibanez guitar from Randell. Kayla, was upset that her brother was getting all the attention. Randell quickly countered by sending her a custom ibanez guitar in the mail. A ATN fan as well as a Joe Stariani devotee, she's making great progress on her new found talent. Digital sales to phones have increased on all our albums, but "One Step" remains the top seller. Thanks Derek Severs! Right now the latest up-date for ATN has Steven living thru some tought times at his home. Randell has had surgery on his feet ,Twice!, and music has had to take the backburner for a few short months. new/old recordings have been in the power duo's sights. We have been carefully editing together key guitar shred high energy tunes from the past and new songs from this new year for a suprize "Best of" album coming later this year. Look for it right here on our many links off of our albums. There is one song that is a re-mix with Randell adding a dual leed to Red Crush. "Red Crush 2" has a two minute lead at the end added by Randell with his signature "Pick Slide" styling. Steven has had some great recordings we have been saving just for this album that will keep the fans glued to his new inovative style. 2007 promises to be a hot rock guitar time. ATN News from ATN: As of April 2007 Steven's Mom, Helen, passed away this month! Helen was also a major producer behind the band. She will be missed. ATN will carry on. We have new music we have submitted to the "Talk to Joe" project for the upcoming new album "T2J3!" Look for a song called "Passions of Paradice" to-hopfully- appear on this new project. Steven and Randell recently met up with producer "Buzzy Linhart" where they all pledged to write/perform/record a song together. You could be hearing much more from the bay area guitarist/independants some time soon! Thanks Fans! Keep in mind that if you click on the link just before the "Comments" on our mail page.you can leave a review to tell us about your favorite songs! Please make use of this feature at your will. ATN.com has been shut down for now, untill we have a better chance of making some money. Watch for some new stuff from us at cdbaby.com/abovethenumbers. Randell was in attendance at a guitar clinic with Andy Timmons recently. He got to get a photo with Andy with randell's guitar! You can see that pic at flickr.com/photos/ibanezplayer/. Steven is rehabing a recent Broken leg! He will be fine, but is understanably out of it for now. Check later this year to see if ATN appears on the new T2J cd-T2J3! That's all for now. Thanks. Well new stuff is in the works and old T2J3 album was stalled because one of the founders Mom died this last year. Randell Has been in the emergency room twice since April 2007 and again the 21st just before christmas this December 2008 The two guitarists have had a hard time putting together the newest album, a guitar shred extravagansa, with help on the way. Pics of Randell and his guitar and some "friends" appear at http://www.flickr.com/photos/ibanezplayer . Digital distribution has been a god send to our Above The Numbers fans with hits tripleing this last year. Thanks everyone.

Sweet rock heavy pounding riffs with fresh backing tracks.

I was amazed at the sweet heavy rock riffs with the pounding fresh backing tracks. Hardly any one on the cdbaby site uses anything but "fruitloops" for backing tracks any more. Not this album or these artists! A vibrant trip thru the whole career mode all in one album. I just love plugging in and trying to play wolves love, or outro/into. One day I will get them down. These songs fly up high and come down hard but graceful. Great work.

Delicate vocals, power guitars, interesting keyboard.

I was pleased to learn that independants who record at home could produce a non-comercial album of popular music. My son, Kenji has been listening to your album for quite some time now and I feel I must comment on your playing abilities. Your delicate vocals, attention to the power guitar tracks, and the interesting keyboard interlude on the album were expertly placed. It is really nice to find an artist(s) that has an ear for the whole journey of music for their album. Many stylistic patterns are present in the mix, emmulated professional players from the top of the field in rock, speed metal, and experimental. Kudos to the two (Old) guys from the bay area. You ran thru me till I was, "All Done". No wispering about this band. A album any father could love for their kids. Thanks

Come on. Admit it. You need to get away from your top 40 radio station and bang your head to some really heavy stuff. Well, here it is. If you want to rock then this is CD you need in your player. Best played loud with the windows down while parked next to a cop or your insurance agent. Yes I am a friend of the band. Get this CD and wish you were me.
