Album Notes

Killer Crack was written in a critical period for Albert as an artist, influenced by poets in the East Village
2nd Ave. and 8th street. The songs on this album have much poetry going on in the tunes, through pure creative thoughts cultivated in the energy center of the world, New York City, inspired by day to day life in the big city.

One song "Get it Fix" was inspired by experiencing walking by a crack dealer regularly found on the street on NYC as Albert would be walking to the market for fruit and bread. Knowing people have known people that have been snatched up by the devil in the form of freebase & crack cocaine, Albert wrote this song further inspired by poet Michael Cleary..

GOT a Good Thing Going is a song Albert co-wrote with Judy Dozier (known for playing for Billy Idol Band). Judy was a Manhattan Icon & underground star in her own time.
Bill Aucoin, the manager for KISS and Billy Idol also inspired Albert on this album.
