Unlike most children AD5 never had a real childhood. The now 23 year old rapper began his road to stardom at the age of four. From the time he was a toddler till the age 11 AD5 has appeared on several commercials including Mc Donalds, 7-Eleven, Gatorade and even appeared on the 1992 christmas episode of Martin Lawrence. In the past 23 years AD5 has lived in almost every state in America and has incorporated a little bit of each states unique personality into his own character and music. This is why its easy for the artist to write to any tempo, any genre, and any topic. "Life experiences are key tools to writting songs" says AD5, a westcoast gangbanger from a Los Angeles Blood Gang. "Its Bloods in every state I go to and they all show a nigga love and support my music. Real recognize real, and I appreciate all the love I get when I step outside the westcoast". Though the young rapper has been gang banging since the age 17 and affiliated since the age 11, he was a very educated child and graduated high school top of his class at 16. After graduating AD5 spent more and more time in the hood and the streets slowly took control over his life. "I don't regret anything from my past. Everything that happened lead to the point I'm at now and made me who I am today"...
