Album Notes

Developing his own sound drawing from old school rock and roll of the 70s and 80s Adam has successfully melded an array of styles that include gospel, swing and funk and has had the distinct pleasure of recording with an array of some of the most talented musicians in the world.
For his his debut solo album Vacant Room, Adam went in search of search of new influences spending 3 months in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Drawing from Argentina's vast array of talented musicians, including legends Alejandro Lerner and Juanse Gutierrez (Ratones Paranoicos), this album has truly taken on epic proportions with a sound that mixes Adam's base in rock and roll with the heartfelt cries of the Bandoneon, the tango, the love ballad, to the irresistible dance and swing numbers.

Adam's performances range form a 12-musician band and orchestra including a 4 piece horn section to a broken down three piece including drums and bass.

Good boppin grooves! However, I'm not hearing Steely Dan at all. I do hear a good bit of Billy Joel. You might want to include 'Sons of Champlin' in your sound alike.
