Ade Payne is an accomplished singer/songwriter and acoustic guitarist, inspired at a very young age by the profound effect music had on him. As a result Ade started playing and writing at the tender age of 12, influences of the time were many and included American country rock and folk.
He started playing for audiences at the age of 18 as part of a duo doing covers and his own material. The duo swiftly progressed to purely original material as Ade's song writing talent matured.
Ade was subsequently the founder and driving force behind numerous bands over the years, with interest on several occasions from major record and publishing labels. He has enjoyed a small amount of publishing success with BMI in Texas, USA.
Ade is currently playing the acoustic circuit in around London, Cambridge, Oxfordshire and Yorkshire. He performs as a solo artist and also as a duo and has a full band set up for festivals such as the 'Rockridge country music festival'in county Durham (May 26th), and the 'International Conference Centre' Harrogate, North Yorkshire (May 13th).

Ade Payne A Singing Star!
author: Phil WhyattNow this is what I call real music. Ade Payne sings the type of music you can listen to anytime, anywhere. His lyrics are thought provoking, catchy and clever. Not surprising then that he has been asked to join other music icons on the main stage at the 2008 acoustic festival of britain. Good going mate. I and many other of your fans will be there to hear you 'knock 'em dead!'

What a talented guy! This CD is on my laptop, in my car and permanently on my top 6 albums for my stereo. Seen him a couple of times live and will definitly be going to see him again - he really is that good. Can't wait for his next Album...check out his myspace if you get the chance.

I recently had the pleasure of seeing Ade & his band live at Rockridge CMF - they are even better live and he is even dishier. Buy the album, you will love it and go see them live!
