Album Notes

Adina Feldman is an accomplished singer/songwriter, dancer/choreographer, actress from N.Y.C. who resides in Israel. She is an accomplished songwriter and pianist, her songs have been played on the radio and her disc “Here You Are” has just been released. Her professional credits include many musical theater productions, movies, a series of one woman musical shows and much more. Since moving to Israel in 1990 she has worked and performed all over Israel in different artistic mediums as a director, choreographer, teacher, performer and in various other capacities.

Adina was born and raised in New York. She received all of her formal training in the best studios in New York as well as receiving her B.A. and M.A. in theatre, Dance and education. She has studied voice and piano over the years both in New York and in Israel.

She is currently a faculty member at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem where she teaches courses in musical theater and movement for the stage in the theatre department. She is also a faculty member at the “Hed“ College of Music and Sound in Tel Aviv where she teaches a performance workshop to singers.

Adina has been on stage for as long as she can remember. She has appeared on both American and Israeli television, has performed in numerous musicals such as , “West Side Story” (role of Anita), “South Pacific” (role of Nelly), “Les Miserables” (role of Fontine),”A Chorus Line” (role of Cassie) and many more both in the U.S. and in Israel.

In the last few years Adina started performing solo and has created four different one woman shows where she performs with her band of 6 wonderful musicians, Ranko Rihtman (Musical Director, key boards), Eli Abramov(Guitar), Danny Zuckerman (Bass), Oren Avivsar (Drums), Roz Horowitz (Vocals and Percussion) and Ariel Watson (vocals and Trumpet). In addition to her one woman shows which she performs with her ensemble she also sings and performs regularly with the Tel Aviv Hed Big Band which is made up of 17 musicians.

Adina recently completed her new disc “Here You Are” which consists of 11 songs, all music and lyrics written by Adina. All musical arrangements by Mitch Clyman at Muso Productions.
